Cole's cousin Benjamin spent the night with Cole over the past weekend. The two boys had so much fun. They schedule was busy - go-cart riding, fireworks, block party in the neighborhood (with about 60 other kids), and a little sleep.
The boys riding the go-cart. I think Nick let them have a turn????
We will find every excuse not to go to bed - take another picture of us!
We went to Destin, FL in June. Our neighbors that live behind us also joined us on the vacation - Lance, Amber and their son Cole. Yep, we had two Coles on one trip. We spent a wonderful week filled with sun, sand, and laughter. Life could not get any better!
The boys wanted me to find them a shark - not bad for a first try!
What a view!
The alligator that the big boys made one day. People came for miles to see the creations made each day by them.
Time always slips away and I never can keep in touch with everyone as I would like to. I started this blog so I could keep everything updated on the Breedings' happenings over time. With a new little one on the way it is only going to get busier! We are so blessed!
The posts below just show a quick update of everything that happened in past year.
Cole on the plane ready to go. He did not fall asleep once. He was so excited.
Cole on the bus on our way to eat breakfast with all the Disney characters. It was 4:30am (our time) 5:30am (Florida time) and he was ready to go.
Dad and Cole - we have arrived to the 'Happiest Place on Earth!'.
Cole finally convinced Dad to ride on the Goofy roller-coaster. Dad is not a huge fan of roller-coasters, not even ones for kids!!
Cole was in seventh-heaven when he got to meet all the Power Rangers. He got their autographs, had his picture taken with them, and showed off some of his moves.
This is the roller-coaster that Cole just loved. It is DisneyWorld's newest attraction in Animal Kingdom, Expedition Everest. I rode on it with Cole the first time (Dad stayed behind). Then Cole finally convinced his Dad again to ride it. Cole said he would protect him on the ride.
We were married on October 27th, 2006 in front of friends and family. I could not have asked for a more perfect day. It is the beginning of a wonderful life.
On my 30th birthday Nick took me to Mexico, but I had no idea I was in for a surprise. On the plane ride down there, Nick had spilled a drink on his lap. One of the flight attendants asked him to come with her. I thought the flight attendant was going to help him clean up, but there were other plans in the works. Then over the intercom I heard Nick's voice. He wished me a 'Happy Birthday' and said 'that he loved me' and then wanted to know 'if I would marry him.' I was in complete shock and over the moon. I said 'YES' after I finally calmed down. The whole plane burst out and applauded. It is a moment I will have to remember for a lifetime. I am thankful that Nick's aunt and uncle were also there to share in the moment.
The rest of the trip was fabulous and the four of us had a great time!
