Pumpkin Patch 2007

We visited the Pumpkin Patch on Sunday (28th) as we have for the past 6 years. It was fun and of course Cole enjoyed himself.

Cole's Room and Sophia's Room

As I was taking pictures last night of Cole's 'prankster' hair-do, I wanted to share with you what a remarkable husband I have. I sometimes get crazy ideas and he just goes along with them :-). I had an idea to paint Cole's room and then it went on from there to paint Sophia's room.

So thank you Nick for being an awesome husband and better than that an awesome Dad to create such perfect rooms.

Cole as a "FOOL"

So, last night I was messing around with Cole's hair after he got out of the shower. His hair is long on the top (from the mohawk), so I decided to part it down the middle. He said, "Mom, you are making me look like a FOOL". We finally stopped laughing long enough to call Nick in to see his new 'hair-do'. Then Cole said, "Dad look at my hair, I look like a PRANKSTER". Needless to say Cole was proud that he looked like a prankster.

I know I haven't posted in a while, sometimes life just gets away from you. I know it is going to get busier here sooner than later with the arrival of Sophia.

I let Cole get his hair cut into a mohawk, surprisingly. He has been patiently growing out his hair on the top and we have only been cutting the sides. After picture day at school his Dad took him to the get his mohawk. He is very proud of his new "hair-do".




Nick, Cole, and I had a wonderful visit to Alabama to celebrate Justin Michael's 2nd birthday. I could not believe how much my nephew has grown. It was so good to see Justin and Etta also (my brother and his wife). It was a visit that was too short. My Dad and his wife, Teri, and my grandfather, Jay also were there. It was nice to have all my family around me - just what I needed.

Justin Michael and Cole were BEST buddies all weekend.






And lastly only seven weeks left!!! We can't hardly believe it. We can't hardly wait. Nick has almost finished painting her room. I just need to get a few more essentials items - after six years I have kind of forgotten how much stuff a baby needs.


Me at 33 weeks!!! I feel like I am ready to pop.
