Ok so it has been a little while.....

It has been busy around our house.

Cole has been excelling in everything. He loves school, karate, and hanging out with his friends. He is such a great big brother - I love watching Cole take care of Sophia. It is priceless!!

Sophia celebrated her first birthday on the 20th of November. Time flies! She is so much fun. She started walking at 11 months, but took to flight right before her birthday. She loves to follow her brother around. And oh yeah, she stills loves food.

It has been a little while since I have posted. Life has been busy for us; between work, school, karate (twice a week) and soccer (twice a week) we are always on the go. We are loving every minute of it! Cole is doing well in school and enjoying second grade. He is also excelling in karate and soccer. We are so proud of him! Sophia is doing great. She just recently had tubes put in her ears, so hopefully it will mean less trips to the doctors office. She is really starting to show her personality and feistiness. And boy-o-boy is she a eater, but I think the pictures show that. :-) Just a couple of weeks ago she almost finished off a piece of pizza. We have to sometimes hide when we are eating - Justin and Etta you know what I am talking about (and oh yeah GO BAMA)!!

Cole's First Day of School - Second Grade!!!!

Well, school has begun again and Cole is a proud second-grader. He was really excited to start again - but me not so much. My baby is growing up and I am still having a hard time with it. Here are some pictures from the first day which was August 13th. We are so proud of him.

Sophia has discovered that she can see herself not just in a mirror, but objects around the house. And she screams about it with joy. It is quite hilarious. Here a couple of pics.

The bathroom is a great place to look at yourself and scream - it echos!


And of course the oven; she would look at herself and scream, but also kiss herself.
